You can cancel or reschedule any private lesson for free with at least 24 hour’s notice - no problem at all!

For changes made less than 24h before the lesson will be charged as a full lesson.Thank you for understanding, time is precious for us both!

No-shows​

The tutor will be ready and waiting for you in class for up to 15 minutes. If you’re unable to join or don’t let us know within that time, we’ll consider the class as completed. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you next time!
